Full Sales Order Entry/Quoting

The TMS system has full Sales Order Entry functionality built-in as standard. The system can be used to first create quotes and then convert to orders. Use one of three types of order entry screens, from full product search and line details to a quick product list and just quantity entry.

Sales statistics

Easily view sales statistics on each client as the call is being made. Other options include viewing full statistics of sales by product by month.

Data management

Efficient and maximum use of data is crucial to your operation. The TMS systems are designed to do just that. Multiple databases enable you to run multiple campaigns (maybe for clients), you can easily create a new database from a template so that all the basic settings don't have to be done again. Ensure that specific bits of information are collected during calls and that workflow is managed effectively. Importing is very flexible with drag-and-drop on any format of file. Of course, you may need to update existing records or de-duplicate against existing data, but most likely you'll want to allocate data to individuals or teams of callers. Using the Report Writer you can create lists, summaries, pivot tables(cross-tabs) and charts of virtually any data in the system. Even better you can create a report and then run it on any database, or create a consolidated report on several databases.

Auto dialing capability

Dial the phone using TAPI, VoIP, Skype or Vonage. The systems can be set to dial automatically for the next call (power dialing), or agents can click a button to dial (preview dialing).

Caller management

Not only can Supervisors control which database and call list callers log-on to, but they are also able to plan ahead to preset what the callers will do in the future. Of course, Supervisors are able to set what functionality callers can access and even set whether the callers only see a simple script screen or more detailed information.

Management information

Track and report on everything, from the number of calls that each person has left to do, to a breakdown of call times. There are a number of predefined report screens with key information, and you are also able to create your own reports to give you exactly what you need.

Reporting and exporting

The built-in Report Writer enables you to create statistical reports as well as detailed reports for exporting data back to clients.
