These can be personalized to include selected data about the accounts/recipients extracted from within CallPro CRM. Emails or documents can be sent one-by-one or, for emails, in a bulk campaign. Bulk campaigns in CallPro CRM offer unique and powerful marketing functionality, including the ability to update a selected field in a customer record each time the customer clicks on a link.
Enterprise clients already locked in to a salesforce.com contract are able to take advantage of the integration features built-in to CallPro CRM which means data can be moved from salesforce.com to CallPro CRM, and vice versa. CallPro CRM is designed to work well with salesforce.com, so you can move data between the two and use CallPro CRM to update salesforce.com records.
