Unrestricted data collection and deployment

With CallPro CRM you can use unlimited contact names and create all the unique data fields you want to build a complete picture of your customers. All CallPro CRM data can be used to create custom reports, and can also be imported into your internal business systems.

Activity tracking

CallPro CRM has an extensive Contact History feature. This can be configured to capture telephone calls, emails, appointments and any other activity you define. Contact History information is available to your staff each time the account is opened within CallPro CRM.

Mail merge

CallPro CRM includes a WYSIWYG editor that lets you create content-rich document and email templates. These can be personalized to include selected data about the accounts/recipients extracted from within CallPro CRM. Emails or documents can be sent one-by-one or, for emails, in a bulk campaign. Bulk campaigns in CallPro CRM offer unique and powerful marketing functionality, including the ability to update a selected field in a customer record each time the customer clicks on a link.

A step beyond standard CRM …

Enterprise clients already locked in to a salesforce.com contract are able to take advantage of the integration features built-in to CallPro CRM which means data can be moved from salesforce.com to CallPro CRM, and vice versa. CallPro CRM is designed to work well with salesforce.com, so you can move data between the two and use CallPro CRM to update salesforce.com records. You can also convert salesforce.com Leads to Accounts, and create Events and Tasks. CallPro CRM users do not need an additional salesforce.com license.   More
