About us

Telemarketing has been the focus of our business since we created TMS, the original Windows-based version of CallPro CRM, back in 1996. Our client needed software for in-house telemarketing, and that’s how we got started. It’s the reason we have always put telemarketing first.

With the advent of cloud computing, also called ‘software as a service’, TMS became CallPro CRM. Now all the capabilities of TMS became accessible via any browser – and CallPro CRM became the preferred telemarketing system for organizations ranging from marketing to machine tools.

As we kept developing so the application became not just a telemarketing/call-center system, but it now has all the most useful CRM features. In addition, for those clients who are locked into a salesforce.com contract we built the integration so clients can redeploy those licences. When you also take into account the e-marketing functionality there really isn't any other system that comes close.

About your data

We use only world-class datacenters. All have strict security protocols with access to essential personnel only, and all are protected against fire, flood and natural disasters. Network connectivity and power supplies are protected by multiple systems, so if one datacenter fails you are automatically switched to another.

All CallPro CRM databases are backed-up nightly, and copies sent securely to other datacenters. All data and files are replicated in real time to ensure uninterrupted operations if your primary datacenter fails. Automatic failover further ensures that any downtime is reduced to a minimum. Our recorded systems availability is better than 99.9%.

All CallPro CRM servers are enabled for Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, shown by the ‘https’ prefix on the web site. This is your assurance that we use best-of-breed data encryption and user authentication systems to control access to your data.

CallPro CRM makes it impossible for one customer to access another's data. Every database is kept separate, with access permissions set solely for that database using the usernames and passwords that you create – as many as you like. Access to your data is under your complete control, with strong passwords as mandatory.

CallPro CRM is enormously flexible. Within your primary CallPro CRM account you can create up to 999 databases. You can also set different access codes for each one, and unique profiles for each user. This versatility gives you total control over which users can access which data.

Needless to say, the core code within CallPro CRM is kept confidential and secure to minimize the risk of any unauthorized access or hacking.
